#TeamElevate is excited to introduce Sierra Harlan. Sierra joins our team as an account executive, and we know she will make a great addition to the team!

After spending the past six years away from home in Southwest Florida, Sierra is very excited to be back in her home town of Tampa Bay. Sierra moved to Fort Myers in 2012 to complete her bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Sierra is eager to continue her work in public relations. We know her skills acquired in her prior role as communications coordinator at Kelly Roofing in Naples, FL will be key in supporting clients to learn, connect, and grow. Sierra really enjoyed assisting clients organize a plan to repair their homes after the hurricane SWFL endured in 2017. Sierra’s career has been focused around project management and she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals! During her time as a student at Florida Gulf Coast University, she completed an internship at a local tech company helping clients optimize their presence within the community. She is excited to work with our clients and help them grow and succeed along with the Tampa Bay!

In her downtime, Sierra loves practicing yoga and aerial silks and says you may spot her at a Tampa Bay Lightning game or a concert when some of her favorite bands are in town. Sierra looks forward to being able to spend more time with her family now that she is back home. She can’t wait to explore all the changes that have been made in her gorgeous city of Tampa Bay!
