Friends of the Children and eSmart Recycling are happy to announce the kickstart of a new program aimed at providing computers to kids in our community who do not have access to technology.

The start of this new joint collaboration will consist of the deployment of 15 fully refurbished laptops so that the Friends of the Children team working in Tampa Bay can assign them to kids they are serving through their services. With this new program, both partners want to help bridge the digital divide and bring incredible results to kids and families in our community in a sustainable way.

If your company would like to join forces and support Friends of the Children in this new initiative, you can do so by contacting the organization or reaching out to eSmart Recycling and recycling your legacy technology to support the program. You will receive a complete breakdown of the material being recycled, certificates of data destruction, and an environmental and social footprint to track and measure your efforts.
