Ben joins Halff with over 24 years of experience in the areas of project management, land development, utility systems planning and design; stormwater management; and roadway design from Jacksonville to Key West.  

With a background spanning both private and public sectors, Ben brings a comprehensive understanding in project management, design and permitting; and is an organized leader with success in coordinating efforts within internal-external teams to reach and surpass expectations.  He maintains excellent relations with public agencies and private clients, serving as both Engineer of Record and project manager for a wide range of projects sized from one (1) acre to over five hundred 500 acres, while overseeing surveyors, planners, environmental scientists, landscape architects, architects, MEPs and many other disciplines.  Ben is responsible for schedule implementation/monitoring, monthly invoicing, and preparation of all additional services to the Client.  He has designed and served as engineer of record for permitting efforts throughout the state of Florida which included stormwater systems, sewer extensions, roadways, water mains and water system modeling for regional/city water systems.
