Elevate, Inc. is proud to announce that Natalie Smith has been accepted into the prestigious Tampa Connection Class of 2016-2017. Every year in Tampa Bay, a select group of motivated business professionals are chosen to join The Tampa Connection. The Tampa Connection has been positively shaping our Tampa Bay business professionals since 1985. The program exposes selected individuals to a variety of community service and leadership development opportunities. Each group takes a year long journey that provides them with learning opportunities while immersing them in our local community.

Natalie first learned of The Tampa Connection after Elevate, Inc. President, Aakash Patel, highly recommended it to her. After attending a few events to learn more about The Tampa Connection Natalie was eager to apply. She was recently informed of her acceptance to the class of 2016-2017 and is thrilled to start the program. As a Tampa native, Natalie has a strong passion for Tampa Bay and is excited to be a part of its growth. While in the program, she is looking forward to learning more about her community and building a stronger network of passionate business professionals.

One special aspect of The Tampa Connection program is the various community experiences they offer their members. Natalie is looking forward to all of the community event days, especially Military Day and Community Impact. She understands how important it is for citizens to get involved in a variety of organizations that impact the community.

Natalie is excited for the dynamic team building projects throughout the year. Each year, the members are split into teams and work on projects that support a local non-profit. With all of the upcoming experiences, Natalie looks forward to growing professionally and personally from her involvement in The Tampa Connection.
