Patti is a Tampa native having attended Land O Lakes High School. Upon graduation in 1984, Patti immediately began her work in the insurance industry. Working for Wells Fargo Insurance Services allowed Patti to receive her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) Certification in 1994, as well as become a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1997. Patti’s career has spanned over 30 years with the last 25 specializing in providing insurance solutions for her clients in the healthcare industry. “Working with physicians and healthcare providers has always interested me,” says Thompson. “Helping my clients transfer their risk through insurance is the most satisfying part about my job.”
As Patti is a Tampa native, her passion for helping her clients extends to her community and those who dwell within. Whether it’s working Downtown in Shea Barclay’s office or her residence in St. Petersburg, Patti has always felt an appreciation for the arts, restaurants, and outdoor entertainment of Tampa Bay. When Patti is away from the office, you can find her either on or near the waters of the bay. Patti also enjoys cooking for her family and friends, as well as being a mother to her soon-to-be 14-year-old son.
